What are the ingredients?
Natural Push-Up is made from Hops (three different varieties), Buckwheat, Black Oats, Malt, Rye, Barley, Wheat and Maize.

What might Natural Push-Up do for me?
Eating Natural Push-Up (NPU) feeds the breasts making them fuller and firmer. This increases the size of the underdeveloped breast.
NPU is also very helpful for women with large fully developed breasts that have emptied and sagged. The refilling of the larger breast, like inflating a balloon makes the bust lift, restoring the shape and dramatically improving the look of the cleavage.

Are results guaranteed?
While an independent double blind clinical test has been undertaken and confirms that NPU measurably increased the breast of over 70%. of the women taking part, your first packet is a gamble.
No guarantees can be made or implied simply because every woman is an individual and so results may vary. Typically, those who do not benefit at all are either allergic to the active ingredient hops, have a genetic problem or simply forget to take the tablets according to the instructions.

Can my bust increase more than I want it to?
No, you are eating a food, so you only need to eat according to your body’s needs. Some women do respond to Natural Push-Up more dramatically than others. In this case you simply reduce the amount of tablets that you eat.

Will eating NPU make me fat?
Eating the maximum 5 tablets each day is only equal to half a slice of wholemeal bread. The increase to your bust size is due to an increase in the milk ducts and not fat. In fact many women claim to lose a little weight.

Are there any side effects?
The following adverse effects can occur due too the hops in NPU:
In rare cases drinking beer or lager at the same time as wine, wine distillates or eating grapes makes some feel nauseous, if you do, you are likely to feel the same if you drink or eat grape derived products at the same time as taking Natural Push-Up.
Some women retain excess fluid. In rare cases, this is due to an allergy to one of the food products in NPU, more usually it is due to drinking too little water. In a few cases the menstrual cycle alters, in rare cases mid-month spotting may occur in the first few months or the period is delayed by a month or so.
What are the main scientific benefits?
NPU is the only product to have undergone an independent scientific double blind study and over 70% of those taking NPU benefited from a measurable improvement to their bust.
All of the ingredients are accepted by the strict controls of the FDA in America as safe foods.
The beneficial effects are the result of very low doses of phytoestrogens combined with other natural substances. Phytoestrogens are present in many plants. However during recent years much is lost through food processing.
Phytoestrogens do not cause a detrimental increase in the body’s oestrogen level since the body’s reaction would be to stop its own production of this substance.
For this reason, when taking NPU, the level of phytoestrogen in the bloodstream is scarcely if at all elevated.
Hops are of course used to make beer and are also traditionally reported by herbalists to provide dietary health benefits, particularly in improving sleep and reducing anxiety.
Hops are a very important ingredient, the varieties chosen are always DVE approved. This means that they are specially selected varieties. They are far less bitter than varieties used for making beer and are those with the richest source of phytoestrogenaIsoflavones, Genistein and Diadzein, and specifically the flavonoids and prenylflavanoids.
The other ingredients, mixed grains, are an important source of fibre restoring the integrity of the stomach lining, improving digestion and providing roughage to assist regular bowel movements.
Phytonutrients such as Terpenes, Flavanoids, Tocotrienols and Tocopherols are also found in grains, important for general health too.

If I forget to take the tablets one day, should I take double the amount the next day?
No, forgetting to take the tablets for just one day will not produce a noticeably negative effect.
For this reason, you need not take a double amount on the following day.
However a break of more than 4 days may reverse the benefits.

I’m on birth control pills, can Natural Push-Up effect them?
In practice, it has been shown that the tablets have no permanent or significant effect on the contraceptive pill or on the menstrual cycle. NPU must not be used in place of oral contraceptives.
If menstruation has not occurred, the delay may not be caused by Natural Push-Up. You may be pregnant and should stop eating Natural Push-Up just in case. It is wise to conduct a pregnancy test or to make an appointment with your Doctor.

Will the tablets interfere with the action of medicines?
NPU is simply made with food products so there would seem to be no more reason than eating bread and drinking beer. Even so, when taking any medicine and considering changing your diet in any way, you should always first check with your Doctor.

Can those with breast implants take Natural Push Up?
The answer to this question depends on where the implants were introduced. If the implants have been placed under the breast muscle, the implants will form no hindrance whatsoever for the use of Natural Push-Up.

When implants have been introduced into the breast itself, it would be wise to check with your Doctor.

Should NPU be classified as a medicine?
No more than milk and cheese or bread and beer. Milk is rich in nutrients that promote healthy hair and nail growth, cheese helps bones and teeth, bread and beer have the same ingredients as NPU. None of these are regarded as a medicine. Hops are simply food that promotes the healthy growth of a women’s bust.

Is Natural Push-Up good for absolutely everyone?
We recommend that when using new ‘S’ quality NPU you should not exceed 5 tablets a day. More than this are wasted. Also, it is never wise to eat any food in excess, even carrots are bad for you if you eat nothing else.

NPU is not suitable for men.

Is NPU produced under strict controls?
NPU is produced in a leading laboratory in Holland licensed to produce food and homeopathic products. NPU is prepared according to strict Government requirements comparable to the requirements applicable to medicines.

I have had some medical problems, can I take NPU?
Only your Doctor knows your medical history. In this case as with pregnancy or any intestinal disorder, only he can confirm that adding NPU to your diet is suitable for you. If you are unsure ask your Doctor by showing the list of ingredients and the expert report attached. More scientific information is available free of charge if your Doctor needs it.

Hops are used to make beer, will drinking beer increase the effect of NPU?
Not if it is pasteurised and of course your weight and your stomach would increase far more than your bust with too much beer.

How long has NPU been available to consumers?
This product has been sold in Holland since 1992, but prior to this it was tested for around 20 years in one form or another during its development.

Has any country ever forbidden the sale of Natural Push Up?
No, this product is extremely safe. So safe, in fact, that not a single government or medical body has raised any objection to it.

How many Natural Push-Up tablets are there in a package?
There are 160 tablets in every packet of NPU ‘S’ quality, so the price per tablet is not so much more than many other food or vitamin tablets.

Can NPU be helpful for meno-pausal women and good health?
It is logical that as NPU is a rich source of phytoestrogens, it should prove to be a useful food supplement for menopausal women and far more natural than typical hormone replacement therapies, however this is a medical issue. It is wise to discuss this matter with your Doctor.

Certainly the many benefits provided by DVE hops and the mixed grains present in Natural Push-Up food tablets are valuable to all women regardless of age. NPU provides a rich natural source of fibre, roughage, phyto estrogens and flavanoids. These are all known to be most important to a woman’s health and well being. They are typically not present in everyday foods due to food storage and processing methods.

How long do I have to take NPU?
Each individual is different, some see results very rapidly and others respond more slowly.

When I have achieved the look I want do I just stop taking NPU?
No, we recommend you take a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 tablets a day for two months before stopping completely.
